Why are there no hardcore fantasy mods? (elves, dwarves, orcs, ect.)

Has anyone done any for Warband? If so, tell me, cause i loved the "Fantasy Mod" for the Mount and Blade alpha....0.751 or something......

And i mean a mod for single player.

and if not, where do i suggest such a thing?

The Chronicles of Talera is really good, though it isn't being worked on right now.

Main reason why such a mod hasn't been released is because it takes so much time to create a mod like it.

Not to mention it's a ***** to implement custom skeletons and animations for dwarves, goblins and all of those tiny lively folk.
