Yes, this is a Fierdsvain Berserker..

Helm, Boots, Gauntlets and occasionally a shirt.  All speed, big sword or Axe and lots and lots of Hit points.  An interesting all offensive oriented troop...

Very susceptible to archers....

I've never seen a real berserker with gauntlets "I can only afford the best metal gloves in the game.", which are the same price as an average whole body leather suit.

I say its a hoot - he has gauntlets so he is sure that if he walks off the battlefield alive he will be able to hold his sword with his hands intact - if he gets a wound on his upper body who cares - if he looses an arm he will most probablly die because of the bloodloss anyway but losing fingers and living means having to just look at the next battle...
