You are not a leader, you are **** at commanding, **** at keeping a regiment together and absolute **** at organizing a regiment. LEAVE or try (and i emphasize "Try")
to get into a regiment as a ranker. NO ONE wants to be commanded by you and you have NO decent commanding experience. When you ask for advice take it you ornery little cuss.
