Introvert or Extrovert?

As in would you rather be introvert or extrovert or do you prefer introvert or extrovert people?

Regarding the former, I can't imagine there being any upsides to being an introvert person. People who are extrovert experience fewer problems when forming relationships (be they professional, amorous or otherwise) and tend to move up the ladder more easily in most career fields. If you meant the latter, I'm not sure whether I can give you a clear answer. You've got introverts who don't like being around other people and you've got introverts who simply take some time to open up. Much the same, there's extroverts who are easy going and ever kind as well as extroverts on the verge of arrogance. Overall I would say I slightly prefer extrovert people who aren't overly so.
