Who is Andre?

I'm trying to figure out who Andre is and how/where I get him. Anyone know?

You have to choose "Loss of a loved one" as one of your character creation choices, and become an Antihero. Then when you complete Nikola's quest, and leave his room, Andre will join your party. Andre is a reference to the Puppetmaster movies - accordingly, you should talk to him in your party, and there will be special dialogues that lead to a scavenger hunt for his various "dolls".
