Here is an OSP armor for while walkers from Game of Thrones. 90% of this model was made by rodoedan, all I did was tweaking at the end to get it looking better in Warband.

It's been years since I abandoned the idea (and delete the files ), but it's easily feasible ( just duplicate and "paint"  some  existing skin textures in blue), and you need to use the Module System to create a new race...
