The rest of will be busy playing Fire & Sword for 8 hours straight

Great work on a fun addition to the M&B franchise for an incredible price.

I'm having fun with it so far. Loving shooting people; so far my main tactic is riding straight at them with my pistol levelled and firing at point blank before circling away. Very glad the AI can't shoot for toffee most of the time.

well said!
people are overreacting
its their fault
personnaly i bought it
its just fudging SWEET

Shooting is incredibly fun.  I think I went the first 2 or 3 hours without every using my sword .

I've had tonnes of fun so far, i managed to not once but twice kill 2 horsemen  at a very long range(Difficulty of shot:14.4) with a musket.

While disappointed customers make (sometimes) legitimate complaints...

...fanboys will be busy making threads calling them "haters".

Seriously, I'm not a "hater" -- I pre-ordered it, and I'm enjoying it somewhat. It has some good points. But, then again, I have been disappointed by some other things, and I really hope that they can be fixed or improved upon.

Blindly dismissing criticism is never a good idea.

I like it, but it's crashing a lot for me, I may wait for a patch to invest more time in it.

Yeah but when they hit you you're done, I wouldn't ride straight at ranged units, try circling them a bit, much safer.

What can I say, I ride at them while they're reloading. The faces don't change, but I can imagine the guy's panic as he frantically tries to load his musket while I bear down on him...

There's a distinct difference between criticism and simple whining.

well it relly is a bit weak that Fire & Sword doesnt even have a german translation while Warband and "vanilla MB" had one (ok a really BAD one but at least it had one).
English, Francais and Espanol? oh come on...

and there are so many things i dislike just after the first 30 minutes of gameplay.... dunno whether i will stick to it or not but currently i feel like going back to Warband, its just way more fun . i expected much more for F&S.

Just because there are some whiners doesn't mean all the criticism is invalid.

You're effectively just re-wording what I said

King Harkinian 说:
But is whining about whiners any better?
No, but it's better than whining about people who are whining about whiners

There is a difference, but most of what I have seen are pissed off people, and rightfully so. When this many people are mad about the same few things, you have to think "Maybe we didn't market this properly".. Of course there will always be haters on game launch, I remember Warband.

The difference is, as I recall, when Warband released people liked the Single-player except for the bugs, and Multiplayer was kicked in the groin several times. The difference here seems to be people saying that WFaS ruined Single-player, and M&B has always seemed like a single-player sandbox to me and many of my friends that play, as opposed to a multiplayer deathmatch.

I believe a good chunk of the "whining" is warrented.. However there are people that just say stupid things... But Hyper-aggressive responses only add fuel to the fire as people feel the need to rebel against that kind of thing.

I wonder, if you just made a forum sub-topic called "*****ing" if that would solve a lot of problems. Would probably make admining forums easier if you could just throw it in the "*****ing" sub-topic and let them take it from there... lolz...
