Which version of Gekokujo is the right one to download?

I mean, there are two different version on Mod DB, three different versions on Nexus and another on the Steam Workshop.
So, which one of these is the 'best' version comparable to the other options?

Then download the 3.1 beta patch here (to install, extract all files and then put them into the Gekokujo module folder and overwrite the old files):

Alternatively, if you want a game with more content (albeit has numerous random bugs, though definitely still playable), then checkout Daimyo Edition submod (does not require Gekokujo to run):
