Realm of Revolution is the one to download. Scandinavia is in-progress I believe and the Austro-Ottoman Empire is undergoing redevelopment after the creator got banned (correct me if I'm wrong, I don't check this board very often 
). Now that I think about it, there are actually a lot of stickied threads but yes, just go with the one that says download in square brackets.

Kay thanks. Great mod. I ditched my first character after getting buttraped by 100-man-mob after 100-man-mob and being unable to recruit anyone in austria. But my second is so much fun to play in. France ftw.
