Which castles are in dispute between the factions

Maybe 2-6 years ago I read somewhere on the forum which castles factions argue about, and is the reason they initially go to war.
Something like: "If you start a brand new game, the Nords consider Ismirala castle theirs, and is the reason they initially start a war with the Vaegirs."

Anyone remember this post, or can fill me in on the castles in dispute?

If you recruit troops from Ismirala's village, will they be Nord or Vaegir troops though? Because that would be a good way to show it.
