Which bow is best?

To the best of my knowledge power draw increases both your maximum accuracy and the amount of time you can hold the shot at the maximum before your reticule starts to expand outwards again. Your weapon skill also increases your accuracy, so it's possible (and infact rather easy) to have the maximum accuracy with just the PD requirement of the bow, but whether the length of time you can hold the shot increases with weapon skill I don't know.

The high weapon proficiency also increases the length of time when the reticle stays tight, I usually start my characters with 4 PD and I never increase it above that, I see how my reticle gets tighter and stays longer tight when my proficiency goes higher.

Weapon proficiency can compensate for the accuracy and for the hold-the-aim penalty but only PD gives you more projectile speed (Im not sure about this one but many people wrote that high PD increases it)
