Where do I place the folder of a mod?

Well, it depends. Sometimes you just have to "extract" it to your regular Mount and Blade folder. But, there is a Modules folder under M&B, might want to try that.

If you don't know where your M&B Folder is...

Go to My Computer-> Local Disk (C-> Program Files-> Mount and Blade.

If that doesn't answer your question I don't know then...

Usually, there's a read-me in the zip/rar file. Or it is stated where to extract in the very thread of the mod itself.
