Where the workshop mods are installed?

This is a new era and probably all the mods will go to steam workshop,and for some reason, without my permission, the new version is in my computer, so I have to live with it. I tried the steam workshop, just to test, but I didn't saw the mod in Modules folder as before And is it possible to have Steam workshop and Nexus Mods if they don't release in the store?

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content and then find the BL folder (it should be a folder named with a number)

I think people have said they could launch workshop mods with 'modules folder' mods using the native launcher.
