You surprisingly described my server TR_SGaming_PW, except that there is banking with the limit of 100k.
Other things are the same, no armor looting if someome dies and no item saving when you quit.
You might also habe noticed us on server list with 80 players even from the second day, though a bad part for you is that you will need to learn Turkish

There are some problems: the server is Turkish; banking is still there; not sure about the map - Game of Thrones seems like it needs updates both technically and aesthetically in order to make it shine.
