Where "My Open Tickets" menu on my account?

I'm here and I can't see any "My Open Tickets" on My Account menu, So how can I send savegame?
My savegame is crash on lastest update that only happen when seige then attack at Rhotae

My savegame is all clean, no cheat, no mod.
