Where is the king of west seax? (spoilers)

So after deciding what to do with the letter I am supposed to deliver it to the king of west seax. The mission description was rather vague so I tried asking one of the vassals of the west seax kingdom. Only to have them give me another really vague location. He is supposedly defending the kingdom, which is really not helpful at all. All the vassals say this. I have been up and down the map but I just can't find him. Does anyone know where he is?

Well, 01.02 add double check for this. After of dialog with companions (all them need to be in your party), lords and kings should leaving Snothingaham. If you can see this, you can find easily to lord you are looking for., but you need to update your version and load savegame previus Bjorn's latest conversation (when you finish The Messenger quest)
