Where is the 1.124 Change log?

As the title says where is the 1.124 change log (If there is one then I couldn't find it)? I don't like installing patches without change logs as I prefer to know what the patch "Fixes" and what the patch actually fixes. I installed the 1.124 patch and now I wish i hadn't i kinda got away from the game for a while (I was playing some other games Arsenal of Democracy, Europa Universalis 3:Heir to the throne, and Making History: Gold) and I came back pleased to hear about a patch that has made some rather unpleasant changes to my game. Unforeseen glitches are understandable but I'm just curious what the difference between 1.123 and 1.124 is (or rather between 1.124 and 1.113). Just looking to slate my curiosity.

I have stuttering and crashes and all sorts of crazy nonsense lol I have no idea what happened I just tried with a clean install and evidently even that won't help it. 

Also that page says 1.123 changelog...? Is that a typo or is it just me lol because it leads to the 1.124 download.

I think it's just a mistake
Also the patch caused a lot of problems regarding lag crashes etc. I suggest you removing Rag dolls in order to get no more crashes...

I have 1.125 now, and first thing I noticed was that I cannot meet the guild master in my town. (I used tweakMB to have a menu for that, and now it gives a script error...)

And yes, I retweaked the game after the install.
