where/how to download the latest patch? (i.e. v 1.040?)

I've downloaded "Light&Darkness - Heroes of Calradia1.031.rar" but cannot get the upgrade to 1.040.

I get this error message: "This file cannot be downloaded while the owner has set it to hidden.  Note: this is not an error on the site; the owner of the file does not want people to see or download the file at this time. Please respect that."

Maybe someone has described why the file is hidden somewhere in the 62+ page download thread but I cannot find it.

Thanks - that worked.

(I'd suggest the main download thread be changed to reflect this because the "Upgrade patch 1.000_to_1.040" link is broken)
