where do you get water-steel weps and stuff

so i've been playing this game for quite a while(7.51) but i cant seem to get where you find weapons that are upgraded...such as water-steel saber or reinforced armor

i searched...with no results for a whileso help is appreciated.

There is no place in the native game with upgraded weapons waiting for u. U'll just have to keep looking for them in the usual places and hope to be lucky. If u realy want to play with upgraded stuff now, then i sugest u play winter's mod "crafts mod", there u can make ur own weapons and armor, but the most current version is still 7.51, so u should wait and play the game as it is.

Weapon modifiers are applied randomly. Keep checking the stores, eventually you should get some appearing.

Raiders seem to sometimes drop reinforced mail haubrek and balanced Nordic swords, Kherghits watered-steal scimitars and Swadian scouts reinforced plate and heavy coat of plates.

You can also make them by yourself, but you still have to find them randomly in a city to find it.

As i know, i don't remember any polearms with a watered-steel or something that boosts their damage (or what else could be boosted).
Allright, maybe a single weapons, but it should'nt be too bad said of me.

If you don't want to search all the time, learn how to set these items into chests. Doing this is called modding.

Watered-steel can only be applied to scimitars and daggers, iirc.  "Heavy" is a positive modifier for polearms, again, iirc.

Anyone ever seen a heavy lance (great, regular or jousting) ? Or anything besides cracked, bent, regular? I haven't and I've played a lot so I figure you can't get them, but then, it also takes a hell of a lot of looking to find just a regular one, so I'm not 100% sure..

I'm fairly sure polearms don't have any positive modifiers.
