is there any way to increase party size of your own (max currently for me is at 24... while i see enemies who have larger capacity.. war party's i.e)

marenostrum: Um, Charisma increases max size by 1 then every 3 points in Charisma you can increase your Leadership skill which gives you 5 more ppl and another stack at every 2 levels (skill caps at eight). Then you just gotta hire some dudes. You can click on the words in your char stats screen and they tell you what they do (incase you didn't know). Also, I think all of this has been mentioned in other places.

Found out about the game in a finnish gaming magazine called Pelit and downloaded the demo from taleworlds.com. Bought a license 2 days later when I had a couple of chars to lvl 6.

DL'ed the demo from Finnish website peliplaneetta.net and then the update from taleworlds.com... And couple of hours later I bought the license...
