Where did that mod go that changed the player's party on the Campaign map?

I saw the mod posted either here or in the Steam forum but for the life of me i cant find it anywhere.. Can anyone help me out?
(Im talking about the mod that made the players party on the campaign map look more like the lords parties instead of the 1 peasant, or 1 horseman we get by default.)

Haha.... thought I was the only that can't stand the ridiculously oversized bald player model and his bald clone buddies.
