Most of the gear used by the Perisno faction troop tree seems incredibly difficult to come by. Aside from rarely in the Mystic Merchant, even with many, many rerolls. Some items like the Perisno Guardian Spear and Perisno Ranger Helmet i don't think i've ever seen.
Is there somewhere else you can buy these items? Do they become avalible when you set faction culture to Perisno in the late game?
