Where can I get loans?

I remember there was ONE town that I could get a loan, but I can't remember which one. Anyone know where I can find a loan? I want to start sending out caravans, and a loan would go a long way towards that money. Poking and prodding at raiders doesn't cut it, especially when I lose as much money replacing and paying my troops as I do looting.

Just annoy a faction or two by looting and burning their villages and selling all the goods you get

That may not work, seeing as how I operate mostly in Poland, and it seems like EVERYBODY hates the Poles. I don't need to be worrying about Deserters AND enemy doomstacks.

Just pick on the smallest faction ? either sweden or khanate thats what ive been doing
