Where can I find the release notes for the latest patch(es)?

Hi i've seen some users link to the fixes in posts, but is there an official text file or web page that shows all the fixes? I think that'd be great if it was more widely available, it's always nice to see the work that's been done and what to do avoid doing as a player

I started a new char with the latest patch, hoping my overall experience will be bug free! (knock on wood)
