Where can I buy the new horses?

I installed 1.127 about an hour ago, went back into my saved game, waited 10 standard in game days so I could let the new horses populate in shops and they are still not there. I head they were only sold in Rhodok / Swadian towns but they aren't listed in any town yet.

Correct - they're only sold in Swadian and Rhodok cities. I'm not certain if they'll show up in saved games continued from previous patches or not, though. Be sure to check all the cities, and maybe wait a couple days here and there so that the inventories change. If that doesn't work, you might just need to start a new game to get them to show up.

They show up in old saves, too. I just had to wait a few minutes and travel a bit in a game I started in 1.126 to bump into a steppe charger at Suno.
