where are the instructions?>

All the download links are just a bunch of text files, and the instructions only say to copy over your diplomacy folder.  where is the whole mod? I don't have a diplomacy folder, because I don't know where the original mod is.  Can someone tell me which thread gives the complete mod and install instructions?

And after you installed that, you copy the files from the one you probably downloaded over them.
