This is something that's really been bugging me.
I want to talk about Bannerlord, but there's only that one main thread about it. Seriously guys, can't you guys get on that already?
And I guess I'll just talk a little bit about Bannerlord while I'm at it here, so calm down and just roll with it.
I've wanted to talk about how Bannerlord needs more maps and more varied maps in things like Custom Battles and Multiplayer battles. But above all things Bannerlord needs, it needs better AI. To be specific, path finding AI.
I can't tell you how many times I've just been messing around with a bunch of bots on a multiplayer game, only to have the stupid bots keep running into the walls or getting super easily stuck in places. And it's because the AI is so bad that they can get stuck so easily.
And Bannerlord could really use the regiment system in Napoleonic Wars.
That'd make forming armies in both single player and multiplayer, but mainly in single player campaigns. It'd be really nice to not just have Infantry, Ranged, and Cavalry but rather be able to actually organize the army you build up. I mean wouldn't it be really annoying if you had a group of elite infantry, basically the guys that you started the game with and trained up, with a bunch of new levy infantry and end up getting killed?
