When will the game be playable?

Yes the game is in early access. After the last update however 90% of the times I'm in battle on my current save the game crashes.

Don't really want to keep making new files and starting over. When do you all think the game will be fully working as intended? I loved what I did so much and want to play so much more but don't want to keep resetting.

Sadly no mods installed. Ran perfect until Saturday. Now I'm afraid to start a new game and restart again

Just completely uninstall the game from Steam, then click on "properties" and go to the Betas tab. Pick whatever version of the game worked for you last, download the game again, and play. Save files are in Documents/Mount and Blade II Bannerlord folder, and not inside the Steam directory, so they should be safe while deleting and reinstalling.

No need to completely uninstall the game, just pick the version you want from the beta tab, and steam will make sure everything is as it should be.

Just as a precaution run an integrity check after it reverts to the previous version.

I've been using the very same save I started on day one with close to no problems, I didn't updated to 1.1.0 though, stopped at 1.0.10

I have no problems either. Maybe try to verify the integrity of Bannerlord's game files. Here is a description how to do:

Or your PC's specs are low? I had to tweak my settings around to get the game running smoothly, here is how I did this (the 12th comment):
