Need More Info When I press campaign or run custom game, game crashes during loading.

Summary: When I press campaign or run custom game, game crashes during loading. Also, options menu only contains the word "Audio"

This just started happening to me as well got the game last night played for a few hours and when trying to play today I crash on loading any save starting a new game or trying to launch a custom game. I have gone through all the other taleworld crash fix guides already to reinstall the .net framework and all that and verified the game files several times. and reinstalled my GPU drivers just in case with no change to the crash.

Hello, sorry for the late reply. We have fixed a considerable amount of the problems we have encountered so far and improved the game performance with the multiple patches we have released. Please make sure that your game, your drivers, and OS are up to date and the game has necessary permissions over your security software. Please let us know if the problem persists after completing these steps and verifying the integrity of the game files through Steam.
