The Demo one, haven't reinstall, tried three times but failed

Backup saves, uninstall it and install it (Don't just install over an old copy.)

Tell me how that goes?

Also disable automatic system reboot.

This happens to me a lot, but only when ending M&B. Why would the system do an auto reboot and how can I disable it? If I disable it can it cause any damage?

System Properties - Advanced - [Startup and Recovery]Settings

Remove the checkmark from "Automatically Restart" in the System Failure section.

Come on guys, it's the first result in Google for "disable automatic reboot"

And it won't harm your computer - it will let you see the debug information from the crashes.

Why does it do that you ask? Because the average user would just be conused and probably panick at a big blue screen saying "STOP ERROR!" Blah blah blah.

It might be something to do with your gfx card then. Get the latest nvidia drivers and try again, if not then http://www.omegadrivers.net/nvidia/win2k_xp.php < Try the omega optimized drivers. I would also suggest upgrading to SP2.
