well they have said surgeons features are coming. (i hope) but i do wonder when they will say the next faction or next feature because they said the naval battles several months ago! and now they fed us a bit to keep as satisfied but we want more more more! 

Oldplayer, stop spreading false rumors. You know the surgeons was just a joke but still you say it's a feature in the mod. The naval battle thing has never been confirmed and can easily just have been a joke from the developers like the thing Olafsen did with the surgeons.

OT: The patch will be out when the developers decides to. And they might not have a clue when that it themself.
