When do items from merchants respawn?

I need 12 chargers and I went around the wrodl twice and the items stay the same.

You have been to all towns two times and they still haven´t updated their inventory?
Sounds like a bug to me.

I don't think so. Usually on my merchant runs i exhaust all the merchandise by the second circuit. In order to get everybody to restock i wait a few nights at an inn.
