What's wrong with my m&b shortcut and .exe

For some time now, my shortcut and .exe and the exe for the battlesize changer look like this, Come to think of it, my vertex buffer problem started around the time this happened aswell, I even reinstalled M1B didn't help, I can still play however:

It probably has to do with that terrible desktop background. ... I'm kidding. Have you re-applied the icon by browsing for it?
