What's with the fascinators? (Women's dress)

I can't help but think that those fascinators that some of the Saranid women wear are rather ugly. And its not even just the married women that wear them.
Is it possible to buy a nice dress like those ladies wear?
Out of all the women, I think the Swadians are the best dressed.

The Khergit women wear great dresses. Very colorful and shiny. Though their men wear ugly outfits and sport ridiculous hairdos.

But you can't wear them unless you put them in using Morgh's tool or another.

i read somewhere that someone was complaining that all the woman in the game were wearing those lame hat things, somehow you CAN remove them, dunno about dresses.

I'd like to see all of the women in M&B completely re-done so they look more appealing, clothes, face, and body alike (and to the feminists out there, you are allowed to make the same comment about the men, lets make this a gender-equal objective fantasy )
