What's up with the lighting of the textures?

Hi there!

I downloaded the mod long time ago and liked it very much so far. But the textures all had a problem, they were shimmering way too much and without reason, and now I looked at the recent screenshots and it seems that it's still this way.

Is this a bug or is this intended for some reason? If it is a bug, is it going to be fixed? If it is a feature, why did you decide for it?

Or am I wrong, the screenshots are outdated and everything is fine again?

There are two .fx files in the mod's folder, you have to delete them. I do not remember their names, only that they are .fx files.
