whats up with castles?

so is it just me or is it starting to get old where a lord is given a castle you have taken and without ever being there all of the sudden get troops but when i take on i have to drop some of my men off then go on a run to every freakin town i come to then head back and camp for a long time so they arent just fodder. Can they make it so that castles either is able to draft soldiers on its own then charge you at then end of the week OR Can it plz give us the same starting soldiers after taking the castle?

when ever you take a fief if you  its not given to you another lord get ownership the thing is right when he does men appier to protect it with out him ever being there...for a castle its like 35 men for a city its like 89 men that just show up. Im just wanting use to be able to do that or get ride of it for them.

Given that lords don't have a player behind them but only some programming they need some help. Jst think of it as a npc seneshal that helps them do their work.
I myself wouldn't want some KI recruiting troops for me, I like having control over that. Just imagining that some KI would recruit some stupid Rhodok soldiers for me makes me shiver.
