What's the technical issue for climbing ladder during siege?

Yeah they dynamic behavior is great, the ability to destroy them is also great, but if I'm spending time building something it should be more efficient and effective than doing nothing. Hence why I would say the easiest KISS solution is an internal ramp or staircase. Pathing would be easier, no queues required, the player or ai gets a benefit from spending time buiLding one
