If it's not the St.George's cross without the blue coat of arms. It's going to be bold font "E N G L A N D" in white lettering across the horizontal stripe of the cross.

Like no ****ing ****, I thought you were Genoa supporters.
 
Sometimes these things get over-the-top. Like the flag of England with the Rose, Saint George, the Royal Arms, and the word 'England' on it.
