They say 80x or something, do they mean .800 then? Some say .808 but it dosnt work for me cause the Assertion Failed problem pops up in dialogs.

i think they mean .808, that is the latest i've heard of. the x doesn't really stand for any number. example:0.95x could mean any version between 0.950-0.959. about your problem i don't know what to do (i haven't tried the mod)
