What type of Ram?

Hey, I just got a new AMD RYZEN 7 3700X and I am looking to pair it with a MB. I am trying to figure out what type of memory I can get. This site :

says it supports DDR4-3200. However, lookng at the MBs the specs say this:

3rd Gen AMD Ryzen Processors support DDR4 4400/ 4266/ 4133/ 4000/ 3866/ 3733/ 3600/ 3466/ 3200/ 3066/ 3000/ 2933/ 2800/ 2667 MHz by A-XMP OC MODE, and 3200/ 3066/ 3000/ 2933/ 2800/ 2667/ 2400/ 2133/ 1866 MHz by JEDEC

What is A-XMP OC MODE? I guess its some sort of standard, but what does it mean for me? By the looks of it I'd just by 3200.

Also, most of the MB specs have something that says this:

Supports 2nd and 3rd Gen AMD Ryzen / Ryzen with Radeon Vega Graphics and 2nd Gen AMD Ryzen with Radeon Graphics Desktop Processors for AM4 socket.

What does that mean: can someone dumb it down for me? From the looks of it, OK it supports 2nd 3rd Gen Ryzen Cpus. OK, but what Is "Ryzen with Radeon Vega Graphics and 2nd Gen AMD Ryzen with Radeon Graphics Desktop Processors" does that mean a cpu with onboard graphics?

CPU model ends with an X: can be overclocked (OC)
CPU model ends with a G: yes, it includes an integrated graphics processor. My brother is able to play Witcher 3 with that on his 1600.

JEDEC is basically saying "standard", so the maximum is 3200.
XMP = Extreme Memory Profiles. One does not just overclock the CPU, but also the RAM. Not every MB is capable/ready to OC.
