Yes their clan does

Ah ok, awesome. Thanks a lot, everyone! I think I will be merciful this time and sell them because of my greed. We'll see about next time.. ?

Money wasnt really the problem to me, its too easy once you buy few workshops, you literally swim in money, so ransom does nothing for me, execution on the other hand means one less lord to worry about.

Yep. I hear ya.

Exactly this, the northern empire was overwhelming everyone so I started executing all prisoners, and I got Deceitful rank 2 trait from it, I think its honor or something that u lose. Doesn't make sense to me that I am dishonorable if I execute the enemy who is conquering every city we have, looting our villages and killing all our peasants. It should give me a "fear" trait like in CK2, make fear level rise and it might affect lords rethinking fighting me since I execute all prisoners or something. Be like Tywin Lannister, where everyone fears him, and dare not betray him, but hes not a deceitful dishonorable guy (atleast before season 3 )

Yeah, they could look up at CK2 for many things, Bannerlord has chance to make something really unique if features are implemented properly.

Renown basically does this, high renown means people dont want to fight you even with better odds

You can actually donate them to cities dungeons that way you can earn influence. That goes for all of the prisoners (including looters) and correct me if I'm wrong but 1 prisoner should give you 1 influence.
