What the hell. Where's my money

Ummm...

So I just looked in my weekly budget, and noticed that Alburq castle and Jaylek stopped giving me any rent money....there's two 0's there.
I don't understand what the problem is, because both are rich. Jaylek is flourishing. Is it something to do with excessively big garrison in Alburq?
I think this happened after i bought third enterprise in Veluca. Not sure if it's a bug or not, but any help would be appreciated.

It fixed itself, but then after one week they didn't pay anything again. Some occupants they are.
And no, I had that castle and village for many months now.
