So i started playing M&B warband a couple of weeks ago and i love it.
But recently after a war with swadia ended things just got horrible. Heres a few things i dont know how to get out of. ( I'm a nord vassal)

-My army's morale is ****. I have to search and kill all bandits i can find just so it could be average. (Have enough food and a +28 bonus from leadership)
-Don't have any money. I cant raze villages or attack caravans becouse Jeremus gives me **** and nords aren't in a war. Trading items requires too much travel, my army cant stand it.
-The only fief that i have is as poor as it gets and still seems to give less money every week.
-Even when i actively help in sieges Ragnar doesn't give me any more fiefs even though hes favourable with me.
-Army is pretty costly.

On the light side my 36 warrior army is pretty powerful and if i get the money i can marry. I am mainly concerned abouyt how ****ty my only fief is and that i cant seem to get any new ones. So thanks for any tips.

I would dump the NPC's and start razing towns that the Nord are at war with.  That will keep morale up.  Also make sure you have several different kinds of food, they also are morale boosters.  Razing towns will give you money by the time you take food and items razed to market.

Once you have acquired enough money you can begin to expand your town.  However, be careful because when you expand, it makes the town more susceptible to attacks from opposing factions, generally a faction you are currently at war with.

You will have to continually help Ragnar by doing quests from him. Continue doing quests for the rest of the Nord Jarls as well to raise your reputation with them.  By doing this, when the time comes, and it will, you will be suggested as a candidate for War Marshall thus being able to declare war on other factions of your choice.

Also, while a thirty-six man army is a good size, you should consider expanding your army to and even bigger size.  Make sure you put experience points in party management(don't quote me here).  A lot of things changed from the first M&B and Warband, but the core features remain the same.

Have fun and good luck!

Thanks for the tips but nords aren't at the war with anyone (truce time). And if i raze the villages nords get mad at me. Also how many relation points do you need for someone to vote for you?

I believe it's 20, although it can be lower if you have a high persuasion.

Make sure to buy lots of different food, not just bread and grain, if jeremus complains about village raiding then ignore him, you can earn several thousand for each village you raze and loot.

if your game version is the latest (1.134) you can buy a piece of land and a factory to go on it, which earns you money, the cheapest is the mill factory which produces bread, you can buy them from town centers (e.g Suno, Shariz, Sargoth) by talking to the Guild Master which you can often find standing somewhere near the prison or market when you walk around the town, and if you get the money make sure to build a mill improvement in your fief as it will increase it's prosperity.

The best thing for you to do is stock up on food, go to a town center, buy a mill (if you can afford it, it's 1500 denars) and stay the night for a few weeks until you decide you either have enough money, or you go to war, staying at a town center will reduce troop wages by half.

This is for the original mount and blade I think, he may not have Warband. In any case, what troops do you have that slows you down so much? I would advise against hiring nords when you don't have a stable economic backing to pay their salaries during a down time with no war. I would suggest downsizing your party to mounted troops only if money is hard to come by, and to also limit your troops below 15 or 20 if you can. Loot tends to be proportional to the size of the party, having when fighting small parties like bandits, having a very large party is going to decrease the loot you get quite a lot.
