What programs do i need...

to skin beacuse paintshop pro isnt reading the dds format and i have some good ideas for skins and stuff please help

Get the DDS converter. More links at the sticky.

or you can get the dds plugin from nvidia site
(work very well for adobe photoshop)

Actally i take that back thankyou for trying to help but i can't find the dds plugin i tried gimp and that can't read dds format i converted it to a bitmap useing DXTbmp and gimp still wont read it
