What movie is this from? Driving me crazy!

I have no idea where this comes from but I have this phrase stuck in my head of some guy panicky yelling, "Game over man! Game over!" I've been wracking my brain to figure out where the hell this is from, but with no luck. Could this be from television rather than a movie? I have no idea, but can anyone else think of possibilities?
