What Mod is this?

Hey everyone,

I hope someone can help me figure out what mod im looking for.

I played this game alot about a year or so ago and cant remember what mod it was.

I play from steam so it was most likely from the mods available in the workshop.

The main feature of the mod was the ability to recruit faction troops from any faction from the tavern keeper.

you could buy up to 100 at a time i believe.

anyways this was the main feature i wanted to play around with again but over the last few days i cant seem to find what mod that was.
