It's a nice ad though, and I'm glad TW are doing this. They could advertise on the forum too, there's always a chance there's a voice actor or two around.
I suspect the "Sword & Steel" cover-name is to avoid fans who are just wannabe amateurs. I presume @Duh_TaleWorlds did the voice overs for the other factions.

Dementia generally disturbs sense of time (day/night) regardless of light. Insomnia is common.
People with dementia respond better to "situation specific" input.
For example one of the caretakers said they might pretend to yawn and say goodnight to make the resident understand it's night. Apparently it works.

Statistically it's a success. The number of emergency calls recorded at night go down when the nurses are asleep.
