The inner workings of working confuses me.
He'll definitely make more money, and going to salary means he can probably get benefits and **** which is out of reach for hourly positions. You just gotta watch out for them taking advantage of you, depending on the people you work for. (I have no idea what McB's store is like or anything though, they might actually be decent people up there)Amontadillo 说:Well as ling as its an overall pay raise that's arite, isnt it?
Your co workers are Frogs, republicans and disguised Jeremy Corbyn supporters, be vigilant.Beny 说:My office just burst into spontaneous whistling of la Marseilles. One guy just started probably without realising, then someone else joined in and before you know it 8 people are whistling in unison.
So much better than God save the queen, think we could petition to change it to "Jerusalem" or "vow to thee" instead?
Young and expendable people are easier to pressure into unpaid overtime.krik 说:No, him getting salary means he no longer gets paid hourly and instead gets a set amount every paycheck. That's the only real drawback to salary at a place like that, for instance I usually make more money by the hour than my managers do because they always end up having to work past their 40 a week. At hourly pay if you work more than 40hrs a week you get overtime, some places will give you overtime on salary too but it's not uncommon for a fast food place to just forbid OT and ask managers to work off the clock once they hit their 40.
Its dull, moronic lyrics? Though that's more of a rule than an exception in national anthems.Teofish 说:
