PAYDAY: The Heist is a great game to play with your friends -- really cooperative and team-oriented.

But it has only a limited amount of maps, and gets boring after some time, as far as I know. Right?

Yeah, it's still quite enjoyable, especially if you can catch it on sale like I did, it's not as bad

Played The Guild 2: Pirates of the something seas ( or something similiar.  )  A while back, Really Enjoyed it. Sadly, I cant install it in Windows 7.

Ah, played that as well, but the Guild II was **** compared to the first part. But I don't know if the first part was ever released in english! XD

Don't know if it counts, but Civil War Generals II, it was released in 1997.  Its still my favorite game of all time (and I still have the disc for it too)... the only bad thing is that it won't run on my newest PC, it says part of it can't install on a 64 bit system. Even running it in compatibility mode it doesn't work ;(

Still compared to different other games it's quite small.
In their forums they have very few active multiplayer games and majority of mods are completely dead.

Rise of Nations was one of the best games I've ever played, in addition to Medal of Honor: Allied Assault.

I've been playing a lot of "The Sum of All Fears". Not an amazing game for singleplayer, but when you play it with friends on Hard difficulty, it can be real enjoyable.

In addition, World War II Online (Battlegrounds: Europe), while not being a too small community, still doesn't have a huge one. I really enjoy it, especially since I'm on the winning side (Axis win all the time now, despite the fact Axis' Tier I units are ****e, and late Tier 88's are surprisingly underpowered)
