I voted pomegranate, though it is hard to eat and I only have them for special occasions. My favourite thing to do is whack the seeds out and stick them in the freezer for a bit to chill, then eat it with a spoon in the bath.

Honestly though I get the most use from bananas, theyre very handy (ha ha), good in smoothies, good for baking, good on their own, and very cheap.

A perfectly ripe nectarine or mango is hard to beat though. You also might as well include avocado on this list of "fruit"

Holy **** you're right. Tomato isn't on the list either, and it should be.

Tomato wins all day every day.

I propose do declare this thread null and void and start anew as it just occurred to me that blackcurrant is not included in the options and the OTHER option does not do it justice.

Depends on mood and quality...

Watermelon, lychee, banana, sweet cherry, strawberries, peaches and nectarines...

Also plums, but only fermented and distilled.

The humble banana is in the lead so far. I guess it was inevitable.

And plantain has a vote so the banana family is really looking strong.
We're talking about favourite fruit, to eat.
I'm just pointing it out.

I know, that's why I voted mango.
